  1. Get dictionary files from sourceforge.net

    http://stardict.sourceforge.net/Dictionaries_zh_TW.php

  2. Extract files to dedicated path

    /usr/share/stardict/dic

  3. Restart stardict
That works on Debian/Ubuntu, Enjoy it!
